To add a new DNS record such as an A-record to point a sub domain to a hosting account, follow the instructions below. 

1) Log in to your office 365 account and click on [Admin].

3) Expand [Settings] and click [Domains]

4) Click on the domain name you want to edit.

5) Here you can add or amend any records you require.
