The other day a client came to me asking if I could do something to speed up their WordPress website, now there are lots of things that can be done but having had a look it was apparent that the website was quite large, so the obvious question was “how fast is the hosting”. I tested the site using https://tools.pingdom.com/ to get a benchmark and then took a copy of the site using “wp all in one migration” and uploaded it to a cloud hosting platform on their basic package.

The difference in load times speak for themselves and it even worked out cheaper, needless to say the client decided to make the move permanent.
